Drawing on his own experiences, Network Member John Wohlgemuth will introduce the discussion of this topic. As members of the Second and Third Generations (2G/3G), are we fearful or fearless, do we tend to seek or avoid frightening situations? This is an opportunity for Members of the Second and Third Generations to contribute their own experiences of feeling anxious, being fearful or fearless, and the consequences. The discussion will also include possible ways in which we can try to manage anxiety.The Discussion Group meetings are for Members of the Second and Third Generations. Numbers are limited and Network Members will be given priority. A Zoom link will be provided.
