Tuesday 12th May – 80th anniversary of the German Invasion of the Low Countries

This Second Generation Network discussion group meeting looks at the tragic repercussions of the German Invasion of France and the Low Countries on 10th May 1940. Many thousands of Jewish refugees, including our parents and grandparents, had fled to these countries and then found themselves ensnared. What must it have been like for them? How did they survive that time? What happened to them? What impact does this anniversary have on us now as members of the Second and Third Generations? There is no need to book, but it would be helpful to have an idea of numbers. If you would like to attend, please contact: naomigoodman@secondgeneration.org.uk
